Miriam Allred, host of the Home Care Strategy Lab podcast and a recognized thought leader in senior home care, recently interviewed our largest CINCH customer, Rob Rister—owner of a HomeWell Care franchise in Lexington, Kentucky—in an episode titled “How to Crack the Community Care Model Inside Independent Living.”

Miriam leads Rob through a discussion about how he ventured into fractional, concierge care services in senior independent living to grow his business starting with his “ah ha” moment when he realized the tremendous potential. In this discussion Rob shares how he developed his “SOS” or support on site business model and insights to his success.

When we met Rob in 2023 and he became our customer, he was involved in two communities. Since implementing CINCH as the backbone technology for his SOS model, his business has grown to include 10 communities, with an average gross margin of over 45%. One of our favorite moments is Rob sharing his "aha" moment - realizing from executive directors in ILs that he should stop using the "F" word, meaning "facility” and say “community”.

Rob states that CINCH was the solution to his problem, and with him and his caregivers using the CINCH application, the IL doors began opening widely.
