In this section we walk you through a spreadsheet to evaluate the potential cost saving and gross profit impact. It is a template for an actual benchmark we created to prove to ourselves CINCH saved us money. We benchmarked time savings for our staff in a before/after fashion in one of our IL communities with 145 residents with 25 clients on service. You can also see in this same spreadsheet where you can evaluate what just a few percentage points in upward GP means.
