Tim Murray

Co-Founder and CEO

Tim Murray is the co-founder and CEO of CINCH CCM, Inc. Working with Gina, Tim drew on his twenty-two years developing software and managing technology companies to lead the technical implementation of CINCH . It launched in four independent living communities serviced by Aware Senior Care, an award-winning home care agency he founded with his wife Gina.

Tim has spent nearly 30 years in business management and leadership of technology companies. Prior to founding Aware Senior Care in 2014, he worked for a number of technology firms, leading their sales, business development and marketing teams. He is a proud veteran of the United States Navy and an alumnus of the Villanova University School of Engineering.

Tim’s commitment to his community goes beyond his work with CINCH CCM. He currently is serving as president of the Cary-Kildaire Rotary Club and sits on the board of the Dementia Alliance of North Carolina.
