Agencies are charged for the average number of clients they serve each month. The average is determined by the sum of the daily number of clients divided by the number of days in the month. This number will be rounded to the nearest whole number. Agencies can pay a lower monthly per client price by purchasing Client Credits. One Client Credit pays for one client on service for one month. When agencies purchase Client Credits, the average number of clients is deducted from their total Client Credits on the first of each month. The frequency that agencies buy more Client Credits is based on their usage and Client Credits can be purchased anytime. The more Client Credits that are purchased at one time, the lower the effective price per client.
