Money Back Guarantee

To be eligible for the money back guarantee, the agency must currently be providing services in a community with a minimum of 7 clients. Agency staff will be required to complete the CINCH CCM 'Get Up and Running’ program within 45 days of signing the contract. This includes participating in both one hour scheduled virtual meetings with a member of the CINCH team. If the agency is not completely satisfied with CINCH, they will receive a full refund for the cost of their CINCH subscription and their account will be inactivated.
