Gina Murray RN BSN

Co-Founder and Industry Expert- Customer Consultant

Gina Murray is the co-founder, industry expert and customer consultant for CINCH CCM (Community Care Management), Inc. She designed the CINCH CCM technology while serving as the Agency Director and RN Supervisor for Aware Senior Care, LLC, the home care agency she and her husband Tim founded in 2014. With her years of experience serving clients in communities, Gina became the subject matter expert in community based home care management. 

Gina has been a registered nurse for over 40 years, most of her career spent in the field of gerontology. Prior to founding Aware Senior Care, Gina spent more than 15 years at one of the top skilled nursing facilities in North Carolina, serving as Nursing Supervisor, Nurse Manager and then Assistant Director of Nursing. She was also employed by Hospice of Wake County as a Team Leader and then Clinical Manager of their Hospice Home.

Gina’s commitment to seniors extends beyond her day-to-day work leading the CINCH CCM team. She is an active member of the Cary-Kildaire Rotary club, and proudly sponsors an annual nursing student scholarship at Wake Technical Community College. The “Gina Murray/Cary Kildaire Rotary RN Nursing Scholars Award honors deserving nursing students with financial support to help them pursue their dreams of helping others.
